The Next Few Months!

Let me try my hand at this web log here.
As most (hopefully all) of you know, Elise and I bought a house which we have not yet moved into because we don't technically own it yet! BUT! Closing is exactly one week from today on Sept 17th. Needless to say, we're both pretty psyched to get the keys in our hands! And you can bet your bottom dollars that shortly thereafter we're having a BBQ of sorts...I'll try to come up with some catchy name that represents new house/the autumn season/food/fun/hopefully darts. Maybe something like the "Open the Door Fall Food and Fun Dart-Tacular"...has a nice ring to it I think.
The big news of right now is a trip to India that I will be taking with the church in January. We'll be leaving Pittsburgh on Jan. 27 and getting back Feb. 12th ( a mere 9 days before the wedding!). While we're there we'll be doing some obligatory touring stuff, and helping out in local hospitals. Honestly, I'm not exactly sure of all the details yet, but I'll keep you posted (get it?).
Then...girls, get working on the dance...on Feb 21 Elise and I are gettin' hitched! This is when she'll be moving into the house officially and finally! I guess you could say I'm pretty excited about it.
