It was an awesome year to graduate, a fun summer, a wonderful time music making with you lovenoteys, i had a great time with American Guys; you guys are really the best friends i can imagine. you guys are really the best friends i can imagine. Thanks, i am blessed to know you all. Please lets keep in touch. Also, i am feeling back on with the big man upstairs- some of you were more present in my wrestling than others. Well, thanks for loving me through that. I appreciate the encouragement of the search.
I love you guys. I put a Christmas song on youtube. it's easy enough to find.
Hope you guys have a verrrry Merry Christmas.
Here's a little poem for the season- :)
-benny
There once was a time, 3 lads in there prime,
sat round center plaza all day,
oft on the phone, but rarely alone,
throw'n cards in hat they would play.
Friends came and went, twas time well spent,
little did this (extremely masculine) trio foresee
Andy, Linds, Bev, Sam and Mike soon would appear,
now eight mouths to feed, not three...
Soon we were blessed, with nothing less than the best:
A wise man, the variable, and yang!
Up to eleven, on earth as in heaven,
A joyous, comical gang.
All back in US, from studying rome- now the Loveshack was our home,
Up on the roof was a regular spot-
lights strung round the chimney
our worries forgot
Portraits of lads hung with care, and girls doing dances? ----lets not go there.
Memories of camping and singing abound,
running through the city
my happiness found.
With three billion flies, and friends dropping by,
these were summer days
with bucket roof water drop bonanza, monday night movie planzas
and holdin' down the fort for our friends away
but hark! not forgot, an important thing past, another talented member was cast-
Alizard creeps in, an immediate buddy
twelve lifelong friends
all bonded through God, Cornerstone, OD, Music, and bible study.
For music we're fond, through singing we bond,
though scheduling sometimes a feat
Many guitar playing fiends and (all 21 yrs!) darts at Genes!
this year: a wonderful treat
Folks go different places, but i still see there faces,
when i watch the videos and pics,
boys getting married, yes- a little scary,
but happy for they found great chicks
And in the end, we're more family than friends,
(...might i say an attractive sight...)
from three lads to twelve, whom with we can all be ourselves
Merry Christmas to All, and to All good night.
